Accidentally deleting a year of work

I tried to move from 2TB Google One plan to 100GB. That would take my annual fee from 99.99 to 19.99. I was way to rash in deleting 900GB of media footage. I just clicked through and said yes to permanently deleting it without realizing I had a lot of working files only backed up on the cloud. I should’ve just gone through and deleted the media footage, NOT the word and excel files too. Fuck.. Oh well. It wasn’t that bad. I made some copies of things as it was still deleting. And I’ll probably not even look at those files anymore. The videos are done, and just let them be done. I wasn’t even looking at the files for 2+ years already. I guess it’s okay to just get out of the past. I should just be WAY more careful about messing with old files. One click and delete a year+ of hardwork, creativity, and intellectual property. Gosh.
