Dream about protecting myself and my family from enemies

I had this dream that my family and I were being hunted down. A matriarch in the family was murdered, so we had to use magic to fortify our house. Making it invisible, setting up shields, etc. But when a few other women went out, they got quietly shot and died. So after that, we set up even more magical defenses.

This included people transforming into different people everyday and being invisible, even bending light to hide shadows. But the issue was we needed to know who we were transforming into so we don’t accidentally kill each other.

There was a master list. We suggested transforming into people we know but with a few tweaks so it’s a little different.

But then the master list could be discovered.

So I kept thinking of even more contingencies, like splitting the list, secret codes to know if someone is good or not, switching VPNs constantly, etc.

Security was such a stressful thing.

Eventually someone tricked me and another friend (we both had transformed into little black girls) to eat a restaurant which poisoned us. And this started a battle of me activating poison resistance for myself and my friend, and then doing poison spells on them. I tried to do like lighting bolt, raging flame, or other attacks, but they didn’t work. I think I was unaware that lower level spells wouldn’t work on them.

I eventually realized nausea/super nausea and diarrhea spells worked on them lol. So I did that. But my friend was sort of in the range, so it was hard pulling him out.

Just felt like my spells kept not working and it was frustrating.
