Dream that I got a physical from Gordon Ramsay

I dreamt that I was driving around my childhood neighborhood with my high school classmate Kelly, and I told her that I own 2 properties there lol. I was oh shoot maybe shouldn’t have said that.

Then, in the car, I was suddenly in the backseat with my high school best friend’s mom. He was driving, and his sister was in the passenger’s seat. His mom said it’s better not to think outside the box. And I said that makes sense that she is an accountant. And she said that accounting helped her realize that.

Then I was at the clinic with my best friend’s sister. And Gordon Ramsay was going over my results. Healthy. And he asked, “do you go?” By the way, this was me now in the past. And I realized he was implying if I’m sexually active. And I said no lul.

Somehow these numbers (first set) came to my mind as I was falling asleep last night. Because I was wondering if they could be lottery winning. Since 39 actually was in the number set of Wednesdays drawing after I had a dream of someone telling he to go get him at 39. Could just be coincidence.
