Gay Doctor Is Boring

Sorry to say, but I’ve been on 3 dates with this doctor (technically a resident), and he is really boring. He only talks about how he watches Simpsons and some other shows, works, travels, and stuff like that. Doesn’t ask anything insightful or talk about anything philosophical or interesting.

He’s played a lot of boardgames before though, but somehow he’s so boring to talk to. I thought our first date went really bad, but somehow he wanted to go on a second one. So I went, thinking things might improve. A bit more fun convo, and he kissed me at the end.

Today, it was really boring again. He kissed me again, and it was a pretty good kiss no gonna lie. And asked to hangout next Saturday. I messaged him saying I have family visiting and might have to work too, so maybe after.

I’m buying time because I feel like he is a person who sort of keeps distance maybe because he doesn’t want to get hurt? I don’t know. But that makes me want to be extra sensitive too. I’m buying time to see if I can think of a good way to let him down. I’m buying time to see if he’ll forget about me.

I won’t be able to date him, and I don’t want to see him again. It’s way too boring and excruciating, and I gave it 3 tries. Sorry!
