I just became a millionaire! ($1M net worth as of today)

I just ran the numbers, and I officially crossed the $1M mark in net worth.

It’s kind of a crazy thought, and I’ve been following my net worth during the real estate boom of this pandemic. I was fairly certain my net worth would cross the $1M mark this year, but it happened much soon than I expected after property estimations just refreshed today on 2/1/2022.

Most of my net worth is tied in my 3 properties, which are valued now at over $2M in total. Minus the loan debts I have on them plus my other assets, my total net worth is just over $1M!

Of course, this doesn’t mean any change in lifestyle, and since I live in California as well, it’s not really anything out of the ordinary for such a high cost of living area. But it’s just nice to think that I passed a certain threshold, especially after working so hard in closing my real estate deals, renting them out, and all that jazz.

My hope is to continue investing in my YouTube channel to build a potential future revenue stream and in the dream scenario, an exit option from the corporate job. But that’s not necessary given the wonderful work-life balance, which I’m so grateful for, thank God.

Just thought I’d make a record of when I passed this mark. I’m overall very content and satisfied, and I hope to continue working toward a place I can eventually comfortably help make meaningful impacts to a larger community/population.
