My Type (Gay Dating)

I was just watching Warren Hue in his collab acoustic YouTube video of “California”. And I realized that version of him is “my type”.

But he’s like 19 in that video.

He reminds me of an unofficial ex I had who was 18–19 when we were dating, a Taiwanese boy.

And recently, chatGPT evaluating previous romantic interests plus my last hookup with a tall skinny white boy (25 years old) has brought me to the conclusion that I like cute, youthful skinny guys, leaning East Asian/Asian.

This might mean I would prefer dating a younger person, though personality wise I’d love a more mature person — I think, even though my exes weren’t mature enough. And the mature ones I didn’t find fun/interesting enough.

I think I just like the more youthful look, and I’m willing to compromise it a bit for more maturity. But wouldn’t it be better if my partner felt like I had strong passion for him, sexually?

I think I’ll want to really focus my dating on guys that are my type. Even with my ex Ray, there were times the sexual stuff was less vibrant. It was short, and I maintain that I always had a crush on him, even now, but just physically. He’s a garbage person.
